A nice, clean, and spacious room with all necessary amenities. Helpful and friendly staff, especially the young guy at the reception desk. Convenient location, close to restaurants and a minimarket. Easy access to the modern monuments and buildings in the new city using public transportation. Complimentary airport transfer provided. Safe area with plenty of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Nicely furnished rooms with a nice bathroom. Value for money compared to other hotel deals in Astana.

Located in a safe area with restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooms are nicely furnished, though not the most modern. Breakfast is served in a small room on the first floor with a set menu. Reception helps with fixed price airport and expo taxis. Offers excellent value for money.
